Offer Description
The research activities focus on the final validation and multi-crop transfer of the Safe Wax technology, a bio-inspired, biodegradable wax-based coating for sustainable plant disease control. The work includes field trials on grapevine to assess the efficacy, persistence, and application parameters optimized in earlier project phases, as well as greenhouse and field evaluations on wheat and tomato to test Safe Wax against major fungal pathogens.

Activities also involve monitoring disease development, analysing physiological responses, assessing potential phytotoxicity, and performing statistical integration of multi-year data. The researcher will contribute to the preparation of final project deliverables and scientific dissemination.
