Joy Project is an Italian company specialized in custom special effects for events, shows and major brands, operating in an international context.
Next year, we will celebrate 30 years of activity.
Responsibilities

Business development and new client acquisition
Relationship management with agencies, brands and event organizers
Listening to client needs and providing initial creative input
Acting as a bridge between client, sales and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Collaboration with the technical team to shape proposals and support project delivery
Managing and developing long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or commercial project management (events / services / creative industries preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to sell ideas, not just prices
High level of autonomy
Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Availability
Availability to travel for meetings and events and to support clients during events or urgent situations, as live productions often take place outside standard office hours
