Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our client is a fast-growing, private equity–backed business services company undergoing a period of significant expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. With multiple deals in progress and an active M&A pipeline, the business is focused on delivering integration excellence and realising synergies across operations, technology, and culture.

As Post-Merger Integration Director, you will lead the end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring that operational, financial, and cultural integration delivers sustainable value creation. This is a high-profile, hands-on role working closely with the CEO, CFO, and private equity investors to design and execute the group’s integration playbook and establish a repeatable model for future acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of post-merger integration activities across multiple work streams (operations, finance, HR, technology, commercial, and culture).
Develop and refine the group’s PMI framework and governance model to ensure consistency and speed of execution.
Partner with the leadership team and PE sponsors to identify and deliver synergy targets.
Ensure alignment of systems, processes, and controls to support a scalable, unified platform.
Oversee change management, communication, and cultural integration to secure buy-in across all levels.
Track integration progress and outcomes, reporting regularly to the executive team and investors.

About You
Proven track record of leading post-merger integration in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, ideally within business services, outsourcing, or technology-enabled services.
Strong background in operations, transformation, or finance, with experience delivering measurable synergy outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage effectively with C-suite, investors, and acquired teams.
Experience working in a private equity–backed environment is highly advantageous.
Pragmatic, hands-on, and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage complexity and drive clarity.
