We are seeking Managers to strengthen our teams in Rome and Milan.

Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments, and:

Structure the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needs

Provide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems

Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery

Communicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audience

In addition, you will build relationships beyond project assignments and identify opportunities for future business.

Qualifications Minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy-related functions (an MBA is a plus).Experience in strategy consulting in sectors such as Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation Proven high performance and achievements in previous roles

Deep industry expertise with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take risks

Excellent communication skills in Italian and English You are our ideal candidate if you:
