Operations Manager – Italy Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
Implement and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
Monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and profitability targets are met.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasting to support business growth.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Support the development and expansion of the branch network within Italy, including oversight of franchise operations.
Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all operational activities.
Operations Manager – Italy Skills required
Proven experience as an operations Manager within the car rental industry
Strong knowledge of operations management, organisational effectiveness, and process optimisation.
Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with more during high season May
