Mission
Lead the Industrial Air business line with full accountability for strategy, performance, and growth. You will define the roadmap, optimize resources, and ensure financial excellence while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will directly influence market share, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Shape Strategy & Drive Growth Develop and execute bold business plans aligned with corporate objectives. Identify market opportunities, lead expansion initiatives, and ensure sustainable profitability.
Own Financial Performance Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize margins. Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and deliver consistent financial results.
Innovate & Elevate Customer Experience Continuously enhance customer journey through market intelligence and digital solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of customer expectations.
Build Strategic Partnerships Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and secure long-term loyalty.
Lead & Inspire Teams Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team. Drive engagement, foster growth, and create an environment where talent thrives.
