Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager located in Rome. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations of our Boarding (university and high school), including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising budgeting processes, ensuring optimal management of food and beverage services, and implementing effective business strategies to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in General Management and Business Management
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a welcoming guest experience
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
