Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located near Milan. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing daily equipment maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical or technical issues, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of highly automated intralogistics systems. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment failures, providing support to ensure the uninterrupted performance of machinery, and collaborating with the team to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Industrial Maintenance
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical or mechanical issues
Experience in conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating potential equipment issues
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team
Relevant technical training or qualifications; experience in the industrial or automation sector is advantageous
