Overview
Join our team in Rome as a Broker Support professional. You'll work in a very collaborative environment with a diverse group of colleagues, including Brokers, Actuaries, Cat analysts and other Broker Support colleagues.

This role offers a chance to tackle a wide range of topics and challenges, helping our client-facing teams work more efficiently.

How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our broking teams by gathering, organising, and managing a variety of information. You’ll ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date, helping to create marketing sheets, reports, and other essential documents. Your work will support the placement of client reinsurance programmes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Collecting and analysing market and compliance information.

Updating marketing sheets and tracking reinsurers’ decisions.

Producing statistics and information packs for client reinsurance programmes.

Managing and resolving queries from clients and reinsurers.

Supporting the creation of slips, endorsements, and wordings.

Project managing and preparation of presentations and other documents for clients and reinsurers.

Ensuring files and contract records are accurate and compliant.

Collaborating with colleagues to organise meetings and deliver excellent client service.

Your contributions will help our client-facing teams work more efficiently and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

About you
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, International Management, Business Administration, Law, or a similar field.

Business fluency in Italian and English.

A willingness to learn and a mathematical mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and a solution-driven approach.

Experience in insurance or reinsurance, even during an internship, is a plus but we are happy to consider candidates with longer professional experience. If you’re organised and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
