Our recruitment process

Brief call: a first virtual or phone conversation to get to know each other, understand your background and motivations, and check alignment with the role.
Interviews: usually around 3 interviews (depending on seniority). You’ll meet your future manager and other stakeholders involved in the role. We’ll deep dive into your experience, skills, and expectations, while also presenting Amaris, our culture, and career paths.
Case study: depending on the position, a business or functional case may be required (e.g. analysis, scenario, or problem-solving exercise).

Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – Finance with around 5 years of experience, a strong background in financial environments, and fluent English. You will act as a key interface between business and IT, translating financial needs into functional and technical solutions.
Your missions

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements within finance-related projects.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Analyze and optimize existing business processes and IT systems.
Write functional specifications, user stories, and documentation.
Support solution design, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory constraints, and IT solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

Your profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong background or experience in finance, banking, or insurance environments.
Solid understanding of financial processes and systems.
Proven experience working on IT or digital transformation projects.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset.
Structured, adaptable, and comfortable in complex environments.
