The Role:
Senior Associate - Broking in the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) M&A Practice. The M&A Practice specializes in providing advice and insurance placement services to investor clients. The Due Diligence Advisory team focuses on pre-acquisition and pre-disposal insurance due diligence services, advising clients on the insurance and risk profile of target companies.
Job Purpose:
Source and undertake project management and consultancy work in the provision of risk and insurance due diligence services for the Willis Towers Watson M&A Practice clients. Based in Milan.

PROCESS – Procedures / Compliance
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential.
Strong and fluent knowledge of English language is crucial.
Law / Economics degree or similar studies.
Experience in current M&A insurance due diligence, seeking greater autonomy, recognition and the ability to influence a growing team.
