Join Our Finance Team as a Key Strategic Partner!
Daily Accounting Operations

Full ownership of regular bookkeeping (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger)
Coordination of the GBS Team for optimal efficiency
Verification and approval of invoices and payments with precision and responsiveness

Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

Accurate and timely monthly financial closures, including comprehensive reporting and analysis for Headquarters
In-depth financial analysis and strategic reporting
Guardian of financial data reliability and integrity

Statutory & Tax Compliance

Management of mandatory statutory requirements:
Libro Giornale and corporate books
Oversight of fiscal declarations: VAT, Esterometro, 770, Unico, IRAP, Transfer Pricing documentation

Strategic Interface

Key point of contact for Fiscal/Statutory consultants, External Auditors, and Internal Audit
IT reference contact for accounting and tax systems
Accounting reconciliations and consistency controls

Payroll & Commission Support

Support for payroll accounting and salary payments to employees, in liaison with payroll office
Calculation and payment of Sales Agent Commissions in compliance with legal requirements, including year-end withholding tax
