Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Head of Development to oversee and expand its project pipeline in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end‑to‑end development of renewable energy projects across Italy (permitting, financing, construction).
Shape and implement the strategic roadmap for the Italian market in alignment with global business priorities.
Lead, support, and scale the Italian development team, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring consistent project delivery standards.
Act as the company's senior representative in Italy, engaging with institutions, industry associations, events, conferences, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in renewable energy project development, with significant exposure to the Italian market.
Robust understanding of national permitting procedures, regulatory requirements, and the broader legislative environment influencing renewable projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiate effectively with authorities, landowners, and partners.
Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
