SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a highly motivated
Alumni Engagement Intern
to support alumni engagement initiatives and international alumni events, contributing to the development and strengthening of the SDA Bocconi alumni community.
The role offers a unique opportunity to support the organization and delivery of alumni networking activities and events, ensuring a high-quality experience for alumni and stakeholders in an international context.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Alumni Events Organization and Support
Support the planning, logistics, communication, and delivery of alumni events and networking initiatives in Italy and abroad
Assist in managing agendas, invitations, registrations, and on-site or online event logistics
Operational and Coordination Activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event promotion, materials, room bookings, and guest management
Support logistics including catering, materials, and technical setup for in-person and virtual events
Administrative Support
Support administrative and purchasing procedures related to event organization
Assist in budget tracking and documentation
Community Engagement
Contribute to the ideation and implementation of networking formats and engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening alumni relationships
REQUIREMENTS
University degree
At least 6 months of proven experience abroad (study, work, or other international experiences)
Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
Proficiency xpavfwm in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple activities and work under time pressure
Availability to occasionally work in the evenings or weekends in connection with events
Nice to have: previous experience in event organization, alumni relations, or similar coordination activities
WE OFFER
A 6-month internship allowance of €1,000 gross per month and €8 meal vouchers per working day (Ticket Restaurant)

(3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after the first month)
