Position: Education Assistant EMEA / DG Beauty

About the job:
We are currently looking for a Education Assistant EMEA who will join the Retail Experience EMEA based in Milan, directly reporting to the Senior Education Manager EMEA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, curious, and eager to learn, actively contributing to our team.

How you will contribute:

Support the REX Regional team for the coordination & execution of the EMEA key countries’ training plan / calendar / activities

Support the REX Regional team for the coordination & organization of BC & commercial seminars / trainings

Support the REX Regional team for the coordination of EMEA key countries’ needs for uniforms / incentives / BC gifts

Work closely with Global Education / EMEA / GTM teams to adapt and facilitate Training Modules created by Central which support business objective

Ensure timely and detailed feedback to REX Regional team related to all learning modules with qualitative insights on facilitation

Support store-specific initiatives and pilots as needed

Organize administrative responsibilities

Track and measure main KPIs

Key seminars final reporting

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing or similar fields.

Strong interest and curiosity for beauty industry.

Familiar with multicultural and international environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Result-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in teams.

Demonstrated interest in the commercial field and retail activity management.
