Position
ACPV is seeking an architect or engineer to join our Digital & Design Technology department as a BIM Technician. The role involves :
Managing BIM workflows from point cloud data acquisition to model delivery
Developing and maintaining the internal BIM component library
Creating and maintaining complex parametric Revit families
Supporting BIM Coordinators in project coordination and compliance with BIM standards
Assisting BIM Management in developing company-wide BIM standards
Supporting data extraction and information management from BIM models
Training staff on BIM tools and best practices
Ensuring quality control of models and BIM components according to standards
Requirements2-6 years of experience in BIM-related roles
Experience with laser scanning technologies and point cloud processing is a plus Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and methodologies
Familiarity with national and international BIM standards
Strong understanding of architecture and interior design is advantageous
Fluency in English is mandatory
Software Skills Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, especially the Family Editor environment
Dynamo and coding skills are appreciated
