Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within a Logistics & Courier Company, located in beautiful Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics and providing exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will communicate with clients in Italian, assisting them with various inquiries related to shipping and courier services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and service options via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Provide detailed information about logistics processes and assist customers in tracking their shipments

Manage resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of service satisfaction

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Stay informed about the latest shipping regulations and market trends to assist customers accurately

Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer experiences

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus

Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or courier sector

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Adept problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries effectively

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
