We are looking for a cashier to join our team in Milan! Our welcoming retail teams are dedicated to providing customers with a trustworthy, seamless, and pleasant experience. As the face of our company, they play a key role in delivering exceptional service and upholding our values.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist customers face-to-face with Ria’s products, including money transfers and foreign currency exchange.
Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system.
Provide courteous support, addressing inquiries about services, transaction cancellations, and Ria locations.
Identify and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
Stay informed about Ria’s products, services, and policies.
Balance your cash register and prepare deposits for the bank.
Maintain accurate daily transaction records.
Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Prior cash-handling experience (preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A valid work permit (mandatory).
Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential in collaborating with your team and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
