Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, working with a leading automotive company.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a knack for delivering excellent customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Italian-speaking customers, providing them with the support and information they need regarding our automotive products and services.
Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support in Italian across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical information
Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other teams to improve service processes and communication
Stay updated on automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and company updates to serve customers effectively

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive products is a plus
Proficient in using computer applications and online communication tools
