What you'll do

Manage hotel reservations through our Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Manager.
Assist customers across multiple communication channels: email, phone, and Whats App, ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
Handle incoming calls (quotes, information requests, assistance) and convert them into direct bookings.
Analyze workflows and tools used within the team and propose operational and AI-based solutions to speed up response times and increase resolution rates.
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our services and products.  How we work
