Your Mission:
Elevate Every Customer Journey
In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and their customers, ensuring every interaction is seamless and exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing flight reservations, including creating, altering, and canceling bookings with precision.
Providing outstanding support via phone and email, answering queries about services, VIP treatment, and special assistance needs.
Expertly handling customer claims and resolving issues related to flight disruptions, delays, or cancellations.
Being a trusted source of real-time, accurate information to empower customers.
Listening with empathy and going above and beyond to create memorable, positive experiences.

Is This a Match?
We're looking for someone who:

Is fully fluent in Spanish (C1) and has a strong command of English (B2).
Excels in communication and brings empathy and a collaborative team spirit every day.
Has at least 6 months of experience in customer service, tourism, or a related field.
(A nice bonus) Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
