What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Advisor, you'll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You'll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day.️ Your daily tasks will include:

Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!)Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional

Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier

Being a brand ambassador customers can count onYou Don't Need Experience Just the Right Mindset You're fluent Italian You speak English at a conversational level (B2)
You're comfortable using a computer and willing to learn

You're ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)
You're positive, patient, and enjoy talking to people

You're open to new challenges and want to grow

You've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role

You've helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues
