What Youll Do :

Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solution-oriented assistance and escalating complex cases when needed.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality and streamline processes.

Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.

What Were Looking For :

Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level), both verbal and written.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) or similar tools.

Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage, but not required.

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and work in an office-based environment.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends (e.g., 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
