Base pay range  Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Marketplace, with work based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, helping them navigate our online platform, resolve inquiries, and enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities   Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services through phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
Assist customers with account management, order placement, and payment issues.
Resolve complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and marketplace policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements   Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the online retail or e-commerce industry.
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
