Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious Fashion & Luxury Brand, with the unique opportunity to work in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and luxury goods and are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, ensuring they receive premium support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to fashion products, order status, and brand services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.

Provide detailed information about product availability, features, and styling advice.

Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in the CRM system.

Collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand promotions to provide clients with relevant information.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the fashion or luxury industry, is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences.

Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Familiarity with using CRM software and other customer service technologies.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
