In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients regarding their payment solutions. Your expertise and dedication will make a significant difference in enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

Assist clients with inquiries related to payment solutions, resolving issues effectively and efficiently

Educate clients on available payment options and assist them in navigating our services

Document all client interactions in our systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-ups

Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery

Stay updated on payment processing trends and product knowledge to better assist clients

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus

Previous experience in customer service or payment solutions is preferred

Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Proficient with technology and comfortable using various digital tools

A proactive approach to problem‑solving and customer engagement

Willingness to work in Greece and embrace the local culture
