As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in navigating their subscription inquiries while providing exceptional service in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries regarding subscription-based services via phone, email, and chat in Italian.

Provide detailed information about subscription options, billing inquiries, and service features.

Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and cancellations as needed.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery.

Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide customers with accurate information.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based or digital services.

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment while maintaining quality service.

Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technologies is desirable.

Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
