Overview
Mercier Consultancy MD is recruiting Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Digital Wallet Provider, with the opportunity to work in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and fintech, and who excel at delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in managing their digital wallet accounts and addressing their inquiries in Italian.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, features, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide detailed guidance on setting up and using digital wallet functionalities
Assist customers with security concerns, troubleshooting, and transaction inquiries
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive user experience
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance service quality and resolve complex issues
Stay informed about industry developments and digital payment trends to provide informed support
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital payment sector
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and digital transaction platforms is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as necessary
