Position: Italian Speaking Customer Service Smart Home Technology Company - Work In Greece
Overview
Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives with a focus on Smart Home Technology.

This role offers the opportunity to work in Greece while helping customers navigate smart home products. You will assist clients in Italian, providing exceptional support and guidance on smart home solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries related to smart home technology products, installations, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian

Provide comprehensive information about product features, usage, and benefits of smart home solutions

Assist customers with technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance in optimizing their smart home systems

Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up

Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery

Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance to customers

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus

Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or electronics sector

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues

Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and basic technical troubleshooting

Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
