Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Cybersecurity Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating their cybersecurity needs while providing exceptional support in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and usage
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through the resolution process
Resolve complaints and technical questions thoroughly and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up
Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate customer support and meet client needs
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and product developments to better assist clients

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly
Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
Previous experience living or working in Greece is a plus, but not mandatory
