Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading ride‑sharing platform, with an option to work in beautiful Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovative transportation solutions and providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their ride‑sharing experiences while communicating effectively in Italian.

Base pay range

This range is provided by Mercier Consultancy MD. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding ride‑sharing services, app functionality, and related queries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.

Provide guidance on ride bookings, payment processing, and cancellation policies.

Assist customers in resolving any service‑related issues or complaints efficiently.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow‑up.

Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support business objectives.

Stay informed about company updates and local regulations impacting ride‑sharing services in Greece.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the ride‑sharing or transportation industry.

Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused approach.

Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
