VISUAL Identity DESIGN Specialist - Temporary

Position: VISUAL IDENTITY DESIGN SPECIALIST - Temporary contract
Position
Within our Image Team based in Rome, we are looking for a Visual Identity Design Specialist for a temporary contract. He/She will contribute to creative projects management from visual concept, illustrations, art direction to guidelines for local adaptations.
Job responsibilities

Creative mood boards for creative projects that are emotional, memorable, innovative and maintain the essence of the brand
Research of emerging visual artists, illustrators, digital artists
Deliver compelling presentations packages (mood boards, visual identity aesthetic codes recap, renderings)
Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Event Teams providing the creative project’s visual identity: graphic files, color codes, logos
Identify the most appropriate materials for invitations and packaging according to the design and budget constraints, overseeing the research of suppliers for the development the projects until prototype approval
Collaborate with Central Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising in the development of the creative guidelines for local markets including renderings and technical drawings
Accountable for the selection and management of the appropriate suppliers to execute the prototypes (brochure, physical invitations, packaging, stationary)
Management of the relationship with Bus, BHR, and Communication departments
Budget Management, from the initial forecast to the final cost per each project
Management of project timing.

Profile

At least 3 years experience in architecture studios, creative agency, art direction, Visual Design
Degree in Architecture/Visual Design or similar fields
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Creative, forward-thinking and innovative approach with an attention to details and a drive for outstanding execution
Creative strategy and Project development experience. Previous experience in luxury, retail, branding and design industries is welcomed
Proactive attitude and comfortable navigating through uncertainty
Strong believer in teamwork and multidisciplinary approach
3D and Rendering Software, Autocad, Adobe Package, Office package.
