What You’ll DoAs Art Director, you will:
Lead and define the visual identity of communication projects that span digital, printed, environmental and experiential touchpoints
Translate strategic briefs into compelling and effective visual concepts that support both communication goals and learning experiences
Work in tight collaboration with Communications, Education Design, Learning & Development and Project teams to ensure creative excellence across integrated projects
Contribute to the evolution of the Infinity brand through high-impact visual storytelling that resonates internally and externally, and supports complex educational and change initiatives
Who You Are You are a creative leader with:5–7+ years in art direction or senior visual design (agency, studio or in-house)
A strong portfolio showing a mix of communication campaigns, digital content and experiential design
A strategic mindset and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Experience with end-to-end design processes from concept to delivery
Curiosity for human-centered design and a desire to work on projects that intersect communication with education, behavioral change and learning
