We are seeking a (Junior) Project Manager to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects in the Data Centre sector and thrive in an international environment.

Job Description
The (Junior) Project Manager will be responsible for:

Working on Project Management Commissions, supporting end-to-end service delivery for large, complex projects.
Acting as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects delivered to time and cost targets with appropriate quality standards.
Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
Attending project calls, online and on-site meetings.
Demonstrating ownership and leadership behaviors to collaborate with the wider team involved in the project (GCs, Clerk of work, H&S Officer, EoRs, CxA) to ensure all parties are aligned for project completion within approved time, quality, cost and H&S targets.
Identifying potential risks and proposing, with PMO, a strategy for risk mitigation and managing it during the project lifecycle.
Preparing minutes of meetings and reports.
Visiting the construction site to monitor & review progress and quality of construction.

Qualifications

University degree in Construction Management or in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of delivering project management services across the full project lifecycle, ideally within sectors such as Logistics, Data Centers, Manufacturing, Industrial, or other complex asset types.
Willingness and flexibility to travel to construction sites up to 4 days per week.
Business-level proficiency in English and Italian.
