We are currently looking for a  Commercial Purchasing Manager  based in  Roma  to join our international team.

What will your responsibilities be?
As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers. You will ensure that our product and service offerings are aligned with client needs, while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, nurture, and enhance strong, trust-based relationships with clients and suppliers.

Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and our full range of products and services.

Identify business opportunities and propose tailored solutions that support client growth and loyalty.

Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services according to agreed standards.

Act as a strategic communication link between clients and internal teams (logistics, product, finance, etc.).

Manage and resolve incidents or service issues, turning challenges into opportunities to improve satisfaction.

Prepare periodic reports on client portfolio performance, including forecasts and KPI analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a purchasing or commercial account manager.

Strong background in sales and customer‑centric solution design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.

Highly autonomous, responsible, and strongly organized.

Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
