Role Description The Area Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Bologna, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, driving growth in the assigned geographical area, and representing wamo to local businesses and partners. The role requires collaboration with diverse teams to develop strategies and execute initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s presence and customer base.

Qualifications Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities and build lasting client relationships

Previous experience in Fintech is a must Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and partners

Experience with strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned regions

Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment

Understanding of the fintech and banking industry is an advantage

Proficiency in English and Italian
