Product Manager Make-Up onsite

Grafton , a global brand specialized in  Professional Recruitment , is recruiting on behalf of a  well‑established and fast‑growing make‑up company based in Naples  for a  Product Manager  to be based on site at the company’s headquarters.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Product Manager will be responsible for the  development and management of the make‑up product portfolio , overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, consumer insights and the competitive landscape within the beauty and make‑up sector
Lead new product development, defining product features, formulas, packaging and positioning
Coordinate cross‑functionally with R&D, suppliers, packaging, operations and marketing teams
Manage product launches and support communication and trade marketing initiatives
Monitor product performance through KPIs such as sell‑in, sell‑out and profitability
Conduct national and international competitor analysis

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
At least  3 years of experience  as a Product Manager, preferably in  make‑up, cosmetics or beauty
Strong product sensitivity and passion for beauty trends
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
Good command of the English language
Availability to work  on‑site in Naples
Previous experience in color cosmetics or make‑up brands
Exposure to fast‑paced or “fast beauty” product development environments
A creative mindset combined with a data‑driven approach
