Randstad is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Enablement Operations Specialist to join the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) at Huawei Italy .

Role Overview
As part of the Italy Service Partner Enablement department, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational health of our partner ecosystem. You will ensure that our service partners are certified, compliant, and equipped with the tools they need to deliver excellence.
Location:
Rome, Italy
Contract:
Fixed-term, renewable – via Randstad Italia SpA
Salary:
Approx. €26,000 to €30,000 gross/year (commensurate with experience)
Language requirement:
Proficiency in Chinese is essential
Main Responsibilities
Partner Operations: Manage day-to-day operations and workflows for the service partner ecosystem.
Certification Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the certification process for partners, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
Compliance & Quality: Monitor partner performance to ensure strict adherence to Huawei’s quality standards and compliance policies.
Reporting: Utilize ERP systems and back-office tools to generate reports, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to management.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues and streamline processes.
Who We Are Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 6-12 months of experience in partner management, channel operations, or technical project coordination.
Language
Skills:
* Chinese: High proficiency (essential for communication with HQ).
Italian: Fluent.
English: Good command (written and spoken).
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and experience with back-office tools/ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
