Key responsibilities include managing product documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and reporting on product performance to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize features
Product Development Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements
Product Marketing Develop and implement product marketing plans and campaigns
Create product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value to the target audience
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success in the market
Product Launch Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordination with various teams and stakeholders
Monitor and measure product performance and make adjustments as needed
Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into future product iterations
Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
Address concerns or issues raised by stakeholders and identify solutions to meet their needs
Team Management Lead and manage a team by providing guidance, feedback, and support
Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company, including at least 5 years as a people manager
Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!)Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SEM campaigns
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively
Strong strategic mindset with a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements
Ability to allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals, balancing competing priorities and adapting as needed
