Sky Italia is looking for an Acquisition Commercial Specialist to lead the customer acquisition strategy for NOW, our on-demand streaming platform. The role will be responsible for developing strategic, data-driven analyses to support commercial decision-making and contribute to the definition of the acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze demand and consolidate sales forecasts
Develop and execute strategic and seasonal acquisition plans
Define pricing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize customer acquisition while ensuring financial sustainability
Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions
Support the achievement of financial targets (NG, Revenues, EBITDA)
Translate customer insights and KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, reason to buy) into actionable commercial strategies
Develop models to assess and analyze the effectiveness of business strategies.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in similar roles
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau)
Fluent in English
Strategic vision and strong business orientation
Analytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on Big Data
Digital mindset and deep understanding of the current and future entertainment landscape
Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate with top management.
