Position: People and Culture Administrator - Categorie Protette L.68/99
As a  People and Culture Administrator  you will support the People and Culture team by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The role is a part time job and will be based in Zuma restaurant in Rome

Zuma  is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Handle attendance records, leaves, and basic HR administration
Assist the wider People team with day-to-day administration
Manage relationships with schools, universities, and interns, including internship programs and coordination
Previous internship or work experience in HR, administration, or office support is a plus
Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
Proficiency in Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
