The Brown and Hurley Group  are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Roma. You’ll play a critical role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:
Providing exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the Service Department
Book and coordinate jobs
Provide quotes, invoices and other administrative services as required
Process all warranty claims and paperwork
Provide backup administrative services to other departments
About you   Previous administration or warranty experience
Experience in a similar role at a truck, car, machinery or agricultural dealership
Customer-focused, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skills
