What will you do
As a Travel Product & Systems Assistant, you will play a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury travel experiences. Working closely with our reservations and logistics teams, your daily tasks will include:
Accurately entering and updating client and supplier data in our internal systems
Supporting the team by organizing, reviewing, and maintaining digital records and documentation
Ensuring data consistency and integrity across multiple platforms
Assisting with itinerary data input, pricing details, and confirmations under the guidance of senior staff
Prioritizing time-sensitive tasks and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless data flow that supports world-class service
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how luxury travel is managed from the inside out, while developing strong organizational and technical skills.
Who you are
You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with data and structure
You may be a recent graduate or have some entry-level experience, preferably in tourism, admin, or data-related roles
You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn from a dynamic team of professionals
You communicate clearly and professionally, both in Italian and English
You are tech-savvy and comfortable using software tools (MS Excel, Word, databases); you pick up new systems quickly
You’re organized and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
You thrive in a supportive environment where excellence and initiative are celebrated

Compensation package
