About
The Role As a Service Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Order Processing Assistant, you operate in a general administrational role from my client’s office in Bologna, Italy and be responsible for:
Coordinating the travel arrangements for the field sales and service engineering team within Italy, whilst also managing and uploading their travel expenses to the system.
Preparing service quotations and handling service-related customer enquiries, usually via email or phone.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls and appointments.
Inputting new service orders into the system and ensuring invoices for any works completed are issued accurately.
Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly reports.
Processing parts sales orders ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
About You Experience working in an administrational, data entry, customer interaction or service coordination role in an engineering, industrial, manufacturing or other technical business is essential, as is experience processing orders using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
You will possess great communication skills (Italian & English), fantastic attention to detail and a natural desire to support customers.
Other key skills include:
Competent use of Outlook, Word & CRM / ERP systems.
Well organised with a desire to learn.
Fantastic attention to detail.
Team player.
