In your role, you will provide essential support to our Partners, helping them manage their day‑to‑day priorities efficiently and smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and adaptable, with experience in structured, international environments – ideally within the financial or banking sector – and is used to working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
In this role, you will need to combine discretion, reliability, and problem‑solving skills. You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, making sure their needs are anticipated and handled with professionalism.
Main tasks will include :
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex appointments and events
Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries;
Screen and manage communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses;
Draft correspondence and prepare documentation with accuracy and attention to details;
Manage client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and discretion;
Support project management and ensure deadlines are met;
Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and light bookkeeping tasks;
Collaborate effectively with internal teams across the Firm to facilitate smooth operations;
Your Skills  3 / 4 years of experience in a personal / team assistant role, ideally in structured international companies
Background in the financial or banking sector is considered a strong plus
Positive, dynamic and professional attitude, with strong interpersonal skills
Highly reliable, trustworthy, and discreet — confidentiality is essential
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with a hands‑on approach and ability to work under pressure
Precise, detail‑oriented, and able to manage last‑minute changes effectively
Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
Flexible and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)  Comfortable using technology and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
