Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in various industries.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative multimedia solutions.
• Media Solutions: Create customized advertising packages that leverage print, digital, social media, and other digital platforms to achieve client goals.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive planning, strategic selling, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, marketing, or multimedia industries.
• Strong understanding of digital, social media, and print marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualified candidates will work out of Rome News office.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve success.
