Work Schedule:

Weekend days – Saturdays and Sundays 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call required every third week Monday‑Friday.

• Communicates professionally and courteously with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Answers and routes calls promptly and accurately to appropriate departments, patient rooms, or staff.
• Demonstrates proficiency in executing overhead announcements and announcing hospital disaster codes according to established procedures.
• Understands and responds appropriately to all emergency codes, alarm systems, and after‑hours notifications, including contacting key personnel as needed.
• Maintains accurate operational records, including call logs and up‑to‑date on‑call staff lists.
