Job Description- Manages accreditation criteria and ensures continuous compliance with Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) standards.
- Develops, updates, and maintains relevant accreditation patient care pathways and protocols.
- Coordinates and provides education for physicians, staff, patients, and the community on metabolic and bariatric patient safety, complications, and care.
- Supports the development of protocols and education for nursing staff to ensure rapid communication and response to critical patient findings.
- Monitors outcomes data, provides feedback to surgeons, and assists with identifying and preparing yearly quality improvement initiatives.
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS), RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN), Metabolic and Bariatric Surgical Clinical Reviewer (MBSCR), Registered Nurse (RN).
Pay Range$65,392.09 - $
