Press Assistant Nights

We are hiring for the Press Assistant Nights position (sign-on bonus) at PPC Flex in Rome, Georgia. The role is for Machine Press Helpers to join our growing team in a clean, fast-paced, safety-focused environment. We are seeking dependable, hands-on individuals who want more than just a job and are ready to be part of something bigger.

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Shift: Nights 7pm-7am

Compensation: $17.50-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay: Competitive hourly pay + shift differential of $1.50 for night hours (7pm-7am)

Sign-on bonus: $1,500 (paid in two installments)

• Assist with press setup and operation
• Load and prepare raw material rolls for production
• Retrieve ink, plate cylinders, and components for upcoming jobs
• Monitor ink viscosity and press quality during runs
• Clean and maintain press equipment to meet safety and food safety standards
• Label and handle waste, including hazardous waste materials
• Keep your workstation organized and compliant with SQF food safety requirements

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work night shifts on a 3/2 rotating schedule
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus, but not required
• Lift up to 50 lbs
