Join us as a Maintenance Execution Manager at our Rome, GA plant, where you’ll play a critical role in driving maintenance reliability and operational excellence. This on-site position is essential to ensuring safe, quality, and efficient execution across our operations.

You’ll lead a high-performing maintenance team, optimize planning and processes, and implement best-in‑class strategies to keep our plant running at its best. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with leadership, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive Maintenance Reliability – Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to improve equipment reliability and integrate maintenance into capital projects.
  • Implement Best Practices – Identify, document, and execute maintenance and reliability best practices while managing departmental budgets.
  • Strategic Planning – Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of predictive and preventive maintenance activities using root cause analysis to resolve issues.
  • Lead and Develop People – Supervise maintenance supervisors, planners, and purchasing personnel, ensuring staffing, scheduling, and skills training are optimized.
We’re Looking for Someone With
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment with maintenance/planning supervision or management responsibilities
  • Strong experience with SAP PM (SAP Super User preferred)
  • Proven success implementing maintenance programs and strategies (TPM, RCM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance)
  • Supervisory experience with maintenance teams
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and automation
Compensation

The annual salary range is $106,500 - $139,755, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, employee assistance program, short-term disability coverage, and long-term disability insurance. Also, voluntary income protection benefits such as supplemental life, accident as well as a 401(k) plan with company contributions is available.
